I grant West Valley Chinese Academy my permission to take photos, video, or audio recordings of my child / myself during class, and activities at WVCA.

These photographs/videos/audio files will remain the property of WVCA and may be used in advertising or marketing campaigns on WVCA’s websites, and for promotional and informational material including, but not limited to, flyers, brochures, newsletters, emails, advertisements, newspaper articles, TV or cable interviews/promotions, and social media.

I hereby waive and release on behalf of my child / myself, any rights to compensation for, or ownership of, such images, videos and/or sounds and forever discharge the WVCA, its current and former directors, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs, audio and/or video recordings.
